Meet Tone

For the past 20 years, his passion has been fueled by helping people achieve their dreams- whether the goal was home ownership or entrepreneurship.  The aim is to continue transforming lives by offering value to help others build generational wealth.  Known for his straight forward approach, his messages are inspirational, empowering, and encouraging.  

After a 15-year banking career, Tone took the ultimate leap of faith and “Bet on Himself”.  He transitioned into real estate investing and management full-time.His experience in institutional banking in both branch operations and mortgage lending, and decades managing a diverse portfolio of residential property, help him guide clients through its specialized management services; which are preservation, rental options, development, and renovation.

Tone received his M.B.A. from the Jack Welch School of Business at Chancellor University. He is also a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with dual degrees in Marketing and Finance. When not hard at work, you can find Tone cheering for the hometown Cleveland teams – the Browns, Cavs and Buckeyes. He regularly mentors youth and at-risk young adults to help guide them to better life decisions. He has a family with four children.
